Visit to Moreton Morrell College

On Friday, I visited Moreton Morrell College, part of the Warwickshire College Group. At the College, I had a tour from Angela Joyce, their Chief Executive and Mark Bonham, the Assistant Principal of the College. During my visit to the College, I heard about the wide array of opportunities for further education in the Building Construction and Railway Construction field in partnership with HS2 Ltd. I even tried my hand at some bricklaying, a skill that is widely needed in our economy at the moment.

Warwickshire Search and Rescue

I recently met some of the dedicated volunteers from Warwickshire Search and Rescue who give their time to assist the Police with searches for vulnerable missing persons. With over 80 volunteers involved, their commitment is remarkable.
