Alfie Dingley

Delighted to receive the news today that a license will be issued to allow Alfie Dingley to have the medication he needs. I pay tribute to Alfie’s family for the dedicated and dignified way they have campaigned for this result.

Carers Week 2018

Meeting with local farmers

I held a productive meeting with local farmers at NFU headquarters last week, discussing matters from HS2 to Brexit. Farming remains a vital part of our national interest, and I felt it was important to hear these views so I can best support my constituents in the times ahead.

Meeting with Shaw Trust

I recently met with representatives from ‘Shaw Trust’ to hear about the excellent work they are doing to help to transform the lives of adults and young people across the UK and internationally. It was an engaging meeting and I got a genuine and palpable sense of enthusiasm from those who I met with for the work that they do and the outcomes they achieve for individuals and their families.

The Worthies

Pleased to attend and speak at ‘The Worthies’ 2018 awards ceremony last night. Congratulations to all winners and nominees and thanks to Seanne Holland and the Kenilworth Chamber of Trade for putting on another fantastic event.

Lodge Farm

I was delighted to hear that the Planning Inspector has recommended that the proposed Lodge Farm development should be removed from the Rugby Borough Local Plan.
