Look out for these posters that appear in the 30 shops and outlets around Kenilworth taking part in the Rotary Easter Challenge. Entrants can buy an answer sheet (£1) from any of these outlets, and they will receive one clue.

English Tourism Week

I recently visited the West Midlands Ambulance Service at the Warwick Ambulance Hub, to see their facilities first hand and to hear from them what it is like performing the vital duties they do for us all day to day.

Kenilworth School Funding

Delighted to hear that the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government has confirmed over £9.5 million of funding through the Housing Infrastructure Fund for the new Kenilworth School. This money will help build a top class educational facility for our young people.

World Down Syndrome Day

I’m supporting World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD), a global awareness day which has been officially observed by the UN since 2012.  

The date for WDSD is the 21st day of the 3rd month – selected to signify the triplication (trisomy) of the 21st chromosome which causes Down syndrome.
