It was a pleasure to visit Castle Brook Care Home in Kenilworth, part of WCS Care Group, which manages 13 care homes across Warwickshire and provides long and short-term care for older people and those living with dementia, or other long-term conditions.
I met Chief Executive Ed Russell, OBE, and senior managers, to see the great facilities and care at the home, along with discussing some of the successes of and challenges facing the care sector.
